Obituary - Steve Page

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Page aged 75, on July 18, 2021 peacefully with his wife Julie at his side.

Many in the Model Railway and Traction Engine scene will have known Steve,

Always happy to have an oil can, coal shovel or greasy rag to hand he loved to be involved with anything steam driven.

He was a founding member of St Neots Model Railway Club back in the mid 1970's and was our treasurer for many years until his Parkinson's diagnosis made it difficult for him to carry on that role. Following his retirement from Treasurer he was made an Honorary Member of the club.

Photos below are taken from the Order of Service, although many who knew him may not recognise him without a coal or grease smudged face.
